From 20 to 22 July 2018, height of summer. Good location although unfortunately there is an area cut off from traffic due to construction work and it is also very difficult to park outside the hotel. There is a parking fee of 18 euros per day. restaurant is fine, products are very good but I think the prices are a bit expensive. We booked a room with a hydro-massage and when we went to use it, it didn't work, it was late and we decided not to call the reception. In the shower, jar of gel was almost empty and there was no shampoo, something rare in a 4* hotel, staff, treatment and friendliness and kindness far surpassed anything that was regular. Average score 8. 8
Not being able to order an individual tasting menu in the restaurant, I don't understand why they demand a "full" table, a diner may prefer to eat a la carte and it is not possible because if you order a tasting menu, which is the most expensive, it has to be for the whole table. ☹️

Thanks to the friendly attentive staff everything was excellent, including lots of fabulous food. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with local dishes. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was excellent.

The room we stayed in had modern decor mixed with traditional furniture.

Not bad location in the Jewish quarter, next to the Synagogue of Maria La Blanca, the Museum of El Greco, the Monastery of San Juan, the Church of San Tomé. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. It is a long way to get to transportation, but a walk through the old town is quite accessible. The hotel is located in an ancient mansion, itself a monument of architecture. Good quality finish, all new, comfortable and comfortable rooms. The room in the attic is pleasant in its own way, from the open window you can see the towers of the monastery, roofs of ancient houses, the opposite bank of the river Tahoe. The bed is very comfortable!
Breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel, with only omelets hot. And so everything is good, for a brief acquaintance with the city the hotel is quite suitable. Price/quality ratio is satisfactory.

At first it seemed all right. Then you look at it and it's no big deal. The treatment of the staff is unbeatable. Parking at the door. Couldn't be better located. Beautiful.
hot tub is for one person. hot water came out slowly, slowly. 15 minutes to fill and not completely. There was no way to remove the stopper. There were two of us and they only put a set of tools (sponge, soap,.. shampoo was on the wall with a mechanism that jumped when you gave it. I'm not lying, I got a wound with the edge in the palm of my hand. Not very big, it bothered me. I blame myself for being clumsy, that I don't know how to press. bathroom has those orange silicone lines that should change them. It took an hour for the room to warm up. We put two blankets on and fixed it (maybe that's why we didn't say anything). Breakfast was included in the price, buffet style, good. I didn't like the coffee. price was exorbitant, 272 euros for two days and two people. I spent the whole weekend thinking: it's not going to help writing this. in conscience I can't stop putting it, It gives me a lot of courage to have chosen you as a safe bet and that it was not so. for the record. I'm sure that I'm just an exception and that the hotel is very good, reality is that when you have to be the exception, it bothers me a lot,

I love hotels located in buildings with history. The San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo is exactly that kind of hotel. The interiors of the ground floor and the knight's armor plunge into the ...century and the glorious capital's past. The rooms are more modern and have everything for living, including a hairdryer, internet and minibar... Enjoyed breakfast, the first hotel on the trip, with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and relatively tasty sausages (before that, the hotels had sausages that were too fat and salty). And I was pleased with the choice of freshly squeezed juices (besides the standard orange there were two or three more).
I didn't like the bad soundproofing - I could hear the doors clattering in the neighbouring rooms.

One of the best hotels in town with a Michelin restaurant (2016th seems). Perfectly located in the Jewish Quarter, it takes 1-15 minutes to reach the city's main attractions. Great breakfast (for Spain), private garage. polite and trained staff. Stayed for three days. Room is big.
We were asked to vacate the parking lot by 13. 00, although all other hotels are aware that departing customers leave it until 16-17. 00, as there is usually no significant number of new arrivals wishing to take up space in the garage at this time. So here, parking lot was usually empty during the day. It's almost impossible to park in the city even for money. requirement violated our plans, despite the fact that we ended up picking up the car at 2 pm without question. usual form was a triangle under the roof. It may be true in the heat, in fact we were left without sunlight. At breakfast, annoy the loud hats of the 1980s, honeyiest. Although the high-end hotel looks new, it's still undergoing cosmetic repairs. In our room there were powerful scratches and abrasions on the inside of the bathroom door. design of the rooms could also have been better, in particular the use of boards on the tables with maps - looks Chinese cheap. bathroom fence is not perfect and it was easy to fill the bathroom.

The hotel is chic. The location is super for viewing Toledo and hiking. I will advise you boldly. Out of pleasant surprises - we were late for breakfast, but we were still fed, a huge plus for that! Chic spacious room, 2 bathrooms are ideal for couples. Pleasantly surprised by the presence of toothpaste and toothbrush - in Europe for some reason it is not accepted. And also in a bathroom there were disposable washcloths - such before too did not see even in 5-stars hotels. There are small disadvantages of course, too, about them lower.
There is no kettle (tea from the restaurant 1 euro and 5 euro delivery to the room), iron, bathrobes.

The boutique hotel is stylish and trendy, offering good value. The location is magnificent and perfect for exploring Toledo, with all attractions, sightseeing spots, and the Goya museum and synagogue within a short walk. We had a very good stay during our 2-night visit and liked the place.
